1. All Sales Are Final
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you will not be entitled to any refund if you are unable to attend the event for personal or logistical reasons.
2. Event Postponement
- If the event is postponed, your existing ticket(s) will remain valid for the new date.
- No refund will be issued for postponed events unless officially cancelled by the organizer.
3. Event Cancellation
- In the rare case that an event is cancelled entirely, a full or partial refund may be processed to the original purchaser via the same payment method used during checkout.
- Refunds (if any) will be made within 30–60 working days, as per the organizer’s final decision and bank/payment gateway processing times.
4. Change of Venue or Artist Lineup
- Changes in venue, supporting acts, or event schedule do not qualify for refunds.
- The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments where necessary without obligation to issue compensation.
5. No Shows or Late Entry
- No refunds will be issued for latecomers, no-shows, or those denied entry due to security, health protocols, or failure to comply with entry requirements.
6. Reselling & Unauthorized Purchase
- Saratic.com is not liable for tickets purchased from third-party or unauthorized sellers.
- Tickets bought from scalpers or unauthorized platforms may be invalid, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
