Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket through Saratic.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Validity

• Each ticket admits one (1) person only to the specified event, date, and time.
• Entry is only permitted with a valid QR code or printed e-ticket issued by Saratic.com.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry for duplicate, altered, or unauthorized tickets.

2. All Sales Are Final

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable once purchased, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement by the organizer.
• No refund will be issued for no-shows or inability to attend for personal reasons.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

• In the event of cancellation or postponement, Saratic.com will act according to the organizer’s policy.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Promotions

• Ticket prices are set by the event organiser and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary during the sales period due to early bird discounts, special promotions, or last-minute offers.
• The event organiser reserves the right to introduce time-limited discounts or flash sales. Buyers who purchased tickets at earlier, higher prices are not eligible for refunds, compensation, or price adjustments. All promotions are strictly limited by time, quantity, or promotional code availability.

5. Admission Policy

• Latecomers may be refused entry or allowed entry only at a suitable break.
• Re-entry is not permitted unless specifically stated.
• Entry may be subject to security checks, bag inspections, or health protocols as enforced by venue authorities.

6. Admission Policy for Children

• Every individual attending the event, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for admission.
• Ticket prices for children are the same as adult tickets. This is due to fixed venue capacity, licensing, and safety regulations — every attendee counts toward the total audience limit.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event.
• The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to unaccompanied minors for safety and security reasons.
• No refunds will be provided for tickets purchased for minors who are denied entry due to non-compliance with these conditions.

7. Prohibited Items

• The following items are not allowed inside the venue: weapons, outside food/drinks, illegal substances, professional recording equipment, or any item deemed unsafe by security.

8. Resale & Scalping

• Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, or used for promotions without written consent from the event organizer or Saratic.com.
• Tickets found on unauthorized resale platforms may be invalidated.

9. Liability & Indemnity

• Ticket holders attend the event at their own risk. Saratic.com and event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event venue.
• Customers agree to indemnify Saratic.com against all legal claims arising from misuse or breach of these terms.

10. Photography & Recording

• The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional use. By attending, you consent to your image being used in such materials.
