What’s the difference between Early, Normal and Late?
Only the time you can enter. Early Entry from 5:00PM (first to the front), Normal Entry from 6:00PM, Late Entry from 7:30PM.
How does the Stay & Manggung package work?
Book the package here on Saratic. Your 2 Early Entry passes arrive by email like any ticket, and we pass your name and contact to the hotel for a 1-night stay with 2 breakfasts, checking in on 14 November. We’ll WhatsApp you once the hotel confirms your room. Packages can be booked until 31 October. Batch 1 (40 rooms) sold out in 7 days. Batch 2 has 80 rooms: 40 at Grand Margherita, 20 each in the Astana and Puteri Wings of Riverside Majestic.
How does Geng Pass work?
One purchase, five Normal Entry admissions (entry from 6:00PM) — RM800 for the group, just RM160 each instead of RM190. You also pay the processing fee only once for the whole pass, not five times. Perfect for your geng. Coming later? The Late Entry Geng Pass is RM500 for five (entry from 7:30PM), just RM100 each.
Is Kapel Pass one ticket or two?
Two entries in one purchase, with only one processing fee for the pass. Both of you enter together at the gate.
How do I get my ticket?
Straight after payment your e-tickets are emailed to you and can be downloaded from your order page. Show the QR code at the gate — screenshot is fine.
